Site Preparation
Before a foundation goes in, the ground has to be right. We clear, strip, cut, fill, and compact so the pad is ready for the next trade. Builders get straight answers and a clean handoff.
Grading & Lot Leveling
Rough grading, finish grading, slope work, and lot leveling. We grade for drainage so the water leaves the building, not for it. New yards graded for seed or sod.
Drainage Systems
French drains, footer drains, surface drains, culverts. We dig the line, set the pipe with the right fall, and backfill clean. Wet basements get fixed at the cause.
Septic Systems
New systems, tank replacement, leach field installs and repairs. We coordinate with the perc test and the permit, set the tank, and run the lines to spec.
Foundation Excavation
Footings, basements, slabs, crawl spaces. We dig to the line, square the corners, and leave the hole ready for the concrete crew. Backfill and final grade when the foundation is cured.
Water & Sewer Lines
New service runs, replacements, repairs. Trenched to depth, bedded in sand, pressure-tested, and inspected. Driveway tear-outs and patches handled when the line crosses the drive.
Hardscaping
Retaining walls, steps, and hardscape that hold the grade and look sharp. We handle the excavation and base work so the wall sits level and lasts through freeze and thaw.
Concrete Construction
Footers, slabs, driveways, and flatwork. We dig it, form it, and pour it on a compacted base, so the concrete sits right and does not crack or shift.
Demolition
Tear-downs, old foundations, and full site clearing. We drop it, haul it off, and leave you a clean, graded lot ready for what comes next.
Sea Walls
Shoreline and pond retaining walls built to hold back water and stop erosion. We set the base, handle the excavation, and build a wall that stands up to the water line and the load behind it.
