Every job starts with a free site visit. We walk the project with you, talk through the scope, and put a written number on it before we touch a thing.
Site Preparation
Clearing, stripping topsoil, cuts and fills, compaction. We get the pad ready for the next trade -- the foundation guys, the concrete crew, the framers. Builders get a clean handoff and a graded site they can work on the next morning.

Grading & New Yards
Rough grading for new construction, finish grading for landscaping, lot leveling, slope work, and new-yard prep for seed or sod. Water leaves the building, not goes toward it.

Drainage Systems
French drains, footer drains, surface drains, culverts, swales. Wet basements and standing yards get fixed at the cause, not bandaged.

Septic Systems
New septic installs, tank replacements, leach field repairs. We coordinate with the perc test and the permit, set the tank, run the laterals, and final-grade the area.

Foundation Excavation
Footings, basements, slabs, crawl spaces, additions. We dig to the line, square the corners, and leave the hole ready for the concrete crew. Backfill and final grade when the foundation has cured.

- Backfill compacted in lifts -- no settled patios two years out
Water & Sewer Line Installation
New service runs, full replacements, point repairs. Trenched to frost depth, bedded in sand, pressure-tested before backfill, inspected when required.

- Driveway and lawn restored when the line crosses them
- Coordinated with the utility for the tap and meter set
Land Clearing & Demolition
Lot clearing, tree and stump removal, brush, and small-structure demo. We separate the spoil so the wood goes one place and the metal goes another.

Hardscape & Concrete
Driveways, footers, slabs, retaining walls, and concrete construction. Prep, form, pour, and finish in one crew where the scope allows.

Snow Removal
Commercial and residential plowing across the DuBois area through the season.
